Web Coordinator

We are looking for aspiring website operation directors to plan, build, and operate websites of various scope for both our internal and external stakeholders. This position utilizes knowledge in web design, project management, website development & operation processes, associated tools & technologies, and SEO. You will be mainly responsible for producing high quality websites that meet industry best practices and standards.

This position is open to candidates who:

• Possess strong interest in web development business
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and have the ability to effectively express ideas and concepts

Monday ~ Friday

8:00 – 17:00

• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders in planning, development, and operation of websites
• Stay on top of the deadlines in both development and operation stages
• Regularly monitor the performance of the websites and exercise appropriate maintenance actions
• Update and modify the website as necessary
• Create wireframes and sitemaps based on requirements of clients and business owners
• Perform necessary image manipulation tasks for creative requirements using both conventional and AI tools
• Keep track of latest updates in major IT platforms, such as Google and social media platforms, and update your websites according to the latest best practices

• Knowledge or experience in Project Management
• Knowledge or experience in website development process is a plus
• Creative mindset
• Strong interest in IT business
• Experience or willingness to learn Photoshop and other image editing tools
• Knowledge or willingness to learn SEO best practices
• Experience in Wordpress, Webflow & other CMS tools will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and reporting/presentation skills in English is a must
• Having JLPT certification will be an advantage but not required
