Technology Solution Engineer

We are looking for aspiring technology solution engineers to handle our SAAS product stacks and work alongside with both internal and external stakeholders. As a solution engineer, you will be required to draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of cloud products, and create customized solutions for the client.

In this role, you will get exposure to a variety of SAAS products, and get to utilize your product knowledge and technical skills in contributing towards the organization’s marketing, sales, and customer support efforts.

Monday - Friday

8:00 - 17:00

• Test and study SAAS software products like PagerDuty, Rundeck, Harness, etc.
• Provide technical support for SAAS products and contribute to technical product documentation
• Develop an in-depth understanding of SAAS product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause for customer-reported issues
• Develop solutions for moderate to difficult system engineering problems
• Recommending new technologies to improve efficiency or fix existing problems
• Documenting processes and compiling user manuals for the marketing team and clients
• Communicating effectively with clients to ensure that they understand technical concepts
• Responsible for the quality of your work

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or other related field
• Have an interest in learning and developing cloud infrastructure or SAAS infrastructure
• Familiarity wih cloud services such as AWS, Docker, Azure, etc.
• Experience in both Windows and Linux/Unix environments
• Relevant experience in managing SAAS products will be a plus
• Having any one of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect certificates will be a plus
• Must be willing to learn new technologies
• Well-presented with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
