Technology Solution Consultant

We are looking for aspiring technology solution consultants to handle our SAAS product stacks and work alongside with both internal and external stakeholders. As a solutions consultant, you will be required to convey the best solutions for the customers’ requirements and internal requirements either directly or via our sales representatives.

To ensure success as a solutions consultant, you should have in-depth knowledge of various SAAS products, high-level communications skills, energy, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement. You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing technical environment, and equally enjoy working with people and data.

Monday - Friday

8:00 - 17:00

• Research and test SAAS software products such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Canva, etc.
• Work on various types of Cloud technology, analytical and customer experience concepts
• Develop solutions that moderate the internal existing system architecture according to the requirements
• Provide solutions that fulfill our customers’ requirements for their cloud-based products
• Implement automated tests
• Contribute to technical product documentation
• Provide expert advice to improve efficiency or fix existing issues not only for customers but also for your organization
• Articulate product positioning and requirement feasibility to both technical and business teams
• Documenting processes and compiling user manuals for the relevant internal teams and customers
• Create scripts for video tutorials
• Drafting and delivering presentations, and demonstration documents on targeted products
• Communicating effectively with customers to ensure that they understand technical concepts
• Responsible for the quality of your work

• Experience or strong interest on implementing SAAS infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
• Previous work experience as a product support or solution consultant will be a plus
• Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems
• Self-driven and proactive candidates are preferred
• Must be willing to learn new technologies
• Well-presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected
